All the questions in this survey are voluntary (apart from a
limited number for those who want to enter the Prize Draw - they are marked
with a *PD* at the beginning of the question).
There aren’t any ads or pop ups, etc! All your replies are completely confidential. No personal data is required from anybody except simply an email address from those wishing to enter the Prize Draw. In a test, the survey took me a little over five minutes to complete.
If you enter the Prize Draw, you need to give an email
address (no name is necessary to enter but I will request a first name from the
winner).
This email address will only be used to 1) confirm your
entry, 2) notify you a week or two before the Prize Draw is made (so you can
look at how it will be publically carried out) and 3) maybe to tell you that
you have won. All email addresses will be deleted after the end of the
competition.
(So note that I am unable to respond directly to any queries
or suggestions about the site that you make in the survey. But I’d be happy to
get back to you, if you specifically request this in an email.)
Of course I will be responding generally to points made and
making changes to this site reflecting your views and ideas.
The Prize Draw
When you enter the Prize Draw you pick a code. A list of all
these codes will be published, before the draw, in a particular order and a
number will be assigned to each. This will be posted online.
On the designated day, a number will be used from a previously announced source - possibly the end digits of the closing price of the New York Stock Exchange on the day of the draw.
Only one entry per person.

If you want to enter the Prize Draw
You need to answer all questions starting with a
*PD* to enter the Prize Draw.These asterisked questions are limited and don't include any of the voluntary questions about you - e.g. which country do you live in.
When you have completed the survey, you will be asked to enter an Entry Code. You make up your own Entry Code. You will also need to email me details of your Entry Code.

I've seen some error messages saying 'invalid argument' at the top of some of the survey pages. I think they've been caused by my duff design skills. They only take up a line or so & don't affect the survey. Please just proceed as normal.
